The first devices, at Optimatic
The team that today forms PC Soluciona began within Optimatic, a Mallorcan technology company specialising in ASUS device sales. There we started repairing ASUS Chromebooks in the Balearic Islands, building the specialisation and processes we still use today. From day one: technical diagnosis, quote before acting, direct communication.
The first schools on the mainland
We began working with educational centres across Spain and expanded our repair service to laptops. The education sector has very specific deadlines and needs that differ from those of a private customer. We developed a batch repair process adapted to the pace of schools: collection, individual diagnosis, return.
PC Soluciona is born
At the end of 2024, with over 3,500 repairs behind us, we formalised PC Soluciona as an independent company. Same team, same way of working.
